This was originally part of the eighteenth chapter of "A Perfect Circle", but it is enough of a stand-alone drift to merit being its own short story.

I know reading The Silence of the Lambs and Dr. Lecter's speech on the definition of "evil" as it pertains to human behavior was an inspiration on this. That, and my friend's little sister bought me Seishirou's Pig at Goodwill; Seishirou's Pig had been a running gag to compliment Fuuma's Frog, based on a Tokyo Babylon artbook picture.
